David Molfa is the founding patent attorney of David Molfa IP Services. His services include trademark prosecution, copyrights, and patent preparation and prosecution.

David graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. During law school, David acquired valuable experience in the intellectual property realm by interning with several IP boutique firms, coupled with tailoring his coursework to patent-related matters.

Prior to attending law school, David taught introductory level calculus and biology at Queens College, where he also received his undergraduate degree in biology (cum laude) with a concentration in biomolecular science.
